Le Bic

The town of Le Bic is a vacation village standing between the sea on one side and the parc national du Bic on the other. You will find charming streets, art galleries and nice shops in this town. The Bic and Rivière Hâtée golf courses will charm the experts. You will also be seduced by the quality of the shows presented in the “Théâtre des gens d’en bas” and by the sea kayak excursion during which you will go close to seals and cormorants.

The parc national du Bic, which is part of the Quebec park network, houses several animals such as invertebrates, fish, grey seals, harbour seals and shorebirds like common eider. You can hike or bike in that park and in winter, you can try nordic skiing, snowshoeing and walking. You will also find an interpretation centre, outdoor shops, snack bars, a summer camp, two campgrounds and picnic areas.

Accomodation Le Bic

Auberge du Vieux Bicois

L'AUBERGE DU VIEUX BICOIS has been established for more than a 100 years. Originally, in 1881, the owner at the time named his business Hotel Laval. For many years, Hotel Laval was a place of gathering for travellers and bicois as well as a stopover for visitors coming from the train station until the fire of 1966. On June 5th, 1999, the owners Jacques and Donald have inaugurated L'Auberge du Vieux Bicois, to meet the needs of a growing clientele of travellers. Inside an all new setting, they will welcome you warmly with the typical Bic hospitality. For accommodation or a good menu, L'Auberge du Vieux Bicois opens its doors for you; social or family meetings, dining and reception rooms are available on request; for a drink, two bars, the Villageois and the Batelet, welcome you inside a good atmopshere; and, for the dancer in you, the disco is there for the party atmosphere.
