Hydromellerie Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix is a traditional meadery devoted to bee products. Come have a taste at three meads from the boutique's own honey production: a natural honey wine, a honey wine with berries as well as a honey and apple wine. Hydromellerie Saint-Paul-de-la-Croix also offers you an interpretation site on honey and bees with hive and photos, a café restaurant, a photo exhibition on the Quebec regions, guided tours as well as many other products made of honey such as pollen, candles, candies, etc.
