For more than 40 years now, the owners of this interpretation centre have been initiating visitors to eel fishing. Come visit the fishing facilities during an excursion at low tide or attend a net repairing demonstration. At the end of your visit, you can attend a sampling of smoked eel, which is a very delicious regional dish. In the interpretation centre, you can see the evolution of the techniques used for this traditional trade, from its very beginning to nowadays.
