Visit this building built in 1888 in a medieval fortress type. This building was once home to the circuit court and the registration office of the county. Nowadays, visitors can see the maps and land registries exhibition, which presents a portrait of what the region looked like at that time. Another exhibition presents works by regional and Quebec artists, while the temporary exhibitions follow one another year round. At the theatre, concerts and conferences are presented, dealing with different themes like architecture, art and the history of the region.
